Associate Professor, Coordinator of the Scientific Area of Psychology, member of the Direction Board of Católica Research Centre for Psychological, Family and Social Wellbeing, served as director of the Undergraduate Program in Psychology (2016-2019) and coordinates several courses across programs in the 1st and 2nd cycle of studies.
Educational Psychologist, with a PhD in Biological Anthropology, also holding an MSC in Ethology, conducted her Post-doctoral work in Emotion Psychophysiology and experimental Psychology. Cross disciplinary scholar, she has coordinated or collaborated in projects on the topics of emotion facial expression, empathy development, empathy and emotion in the workplace, empathy and morality, empathy towards animals, ethics in research with animals, informatic apps for psychological research and intervention and the emotion colour association. These are the topics of her published work in international and national scientific journals and books.
