"The choice of this master’s program was guided by the prestige and academic excellence of FCH-Católica, as well as by its comprehensive and multidisciplinary curriculum. In a context of growing challenges in the field of mental health, the program stands out for its active promotion of well-being, quality of life, and optimal functioning of individuals, families, communities, and institutions.

The faculty is distinguished by its strong research activity, with findings that directly inform teaching, encouraging students to question assumptions and apply course content in a reflective way. In this context, the pedagogical approach combines technical and scientific rigor with practical application, fostering skills in assessment, case conceptualization, and evidence-based intervention from a lifespan perspective.

The academic community is characterized by its close-knit environment and a strong commitment to each student’s individual journey. While consistently challenging, I conclude this path with the confidence to intervene in an informed manner and with an awareness of the need for continuous learning, alongside people who made this journey truly unforgettable."

“The Faculty of Human Sciences was my home for five years, and I must confess that it has never stopped being so. After completing my Undergraduate degree in Psychology, I went on to pursue the Master’s in Psychology of Well-Being and Health Promotion, which gave me tools that continue to accompany me in every challenge I face. It offers a distinctive, excellent and close-knit education that allows and encourages us to reflect, to question, to propose and to dream.

It was also a journey marked by high standards and rigor, during which I was challenged by a highly qualified faculty with a strong commitment to ethics and scientific evidence. It is here that academic quality and practical experience come together perfectly, preparing us to act competently, responsibly and in line with the real demands of the professional context.

I left this master’s degree with new skills and a more complete view of the world around me, ready to face the job market and confident in who I am and in my place in the world.”
