Methods and Techniques in Emotion Research

In this course students will revive their knowledge of research planning and design. They and will learn the underpinnings of diverse methods of collecting and registering data, including many not covered in traditional programmes in psychology such as direct observational techniques and physiological recording. Emotion induction techniques and protocols will also be taught and explored in this course, given that Induction is truly a critical part of emotion research.
