Summary: The project tackles student success through a multifaceted approach. A dedicated Proteus Office will provide comprehensive support for first-year students. Data will be collected to identify areas for improvement through a UCP observatory for academic success. Transition resources, including a welcome guide, workshops, and video tutorials, will equip students with the knowledge they need. The project goes beyond initial integration by offering ongoing support through tutoring, mentoring, essential skills workshops, and motivational messages strategically placed around campus. This comprehensive effort aims to create a more adaptable learning environment, reduce dropout rates, and promote academic achievement.
