The aim of the international Post-graduate program in Sleep Psychology is to provide psychologists and other professionals who have a particular interest in sleep, with theoretical and practical knowledge about sleep and its mechanisms, as well as on how to assess and approach therapeutical and educational interventions in the sleep domain.
Lectures will focus on physiological, cognitive, emotional, behavioural, and social factors relevant for sleep quality through the life span. The program unfolds the foundations and approaches to psychological assessment and therapy based on conceptual models and empirical evidence for the prevention and treatment of sleep disorders and the conditions in which they might occur.
