Summary: The AWEsome Portal project is carried out in collaboration with LASIGE, Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon. The Project departs from current knowledge on the wellbeing benefits of experiencing AWE and develops a digital web based portable application designed to induce awe. This very challenging goal targets people who go through their working days and who will benefit from using this application (a portal, to navigate and choose experiences) to relieve stress or counteract negative emotion. The project entails several stages, from preparing and validating stimuli and the layout of the supporting platform, to testing the outcomes of its use.
