Incoming students selected for study at the Faculty of Human Sciences (FCH) are to complete an online application form.

Students are provided with the hyperlink to this form following their nomination being received by the International Relations Office.

Prior to filling in the form, applicants should be ready to submit the following documents:

• Identification card (European citizens) or passport (non-European citizens);
• ​Academic transcript of Records;
• A photograph.

​Application deadlines:​

• 30 June for incoming students attending the fall semester;
   
• 30 November for incoming students attending the summer semester.

Opon arrival in Lisbon, European students should be holders of the European Health Insurance Card (issued in their country of origin). Non-European students require a valid health insurance policy.

Incoming students to the Faculty of Human Sciences are evaluated according to the 0–20-grade classification scale adopted by Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

In accordance with this scale, 10 represents the minimum grade to pass a subject.
