Post-Doctorate in Marketing and Strategy at Universidade da Beira Interior. She holds a PhD in Communication Sciences with a specialization in Strategic Communication and also completed both her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in the same scientific field at FCSH/ Universidade Nova de Lisboa. She has over a decade of corporate experience in highly reputable national and international companies, having worked exclusively in strategic roles related to internal and external communication, marketing, and corporate social responsibility. In academia, she has built a solid and diversified career, teaching a wide range of curricular units in the fields of Communication and Marketing, including: Strategic, Operational, Social, Content, International and Sports Marketing; Branding, Consumer Psychology, Consumer Behavior, Strategic Communication, Digital Communication, Communication Projects, Public Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility, Advertising, Organizational Communication and Leadership, and Storytelling. Her research focuses on strategic communication, corporate social responsibility, consumer behavior, marketing, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and the metaverse. Her scientific output is robust, comprising indexed articles, book chapters, edited volumes, organization of scientific events, and participation in both national and international research projects. She regularly presents the outcomes of her research at major national and international scientific conferences in the fields of marketing, communication, and technology.
