On February 20, the Faculty of Human Sciences renewed its agreement with Rádio Renascença for the FCH/Rádio Renascença Doctoral Scholarship.

This protocol was first established in 2017 and consists of the annual award of a grant worth €5,000 to a PhD student in Communication Studies who intends to or is developing a thesis in the field of media studies and/or journalism.

The grant will be awarded by Rádio Renascença to the FCH-Católica, which will channel the entire amount to pay the tuition fees of the student who is awarded the grant each year.

The agreement will be valid for a period of five years and will run from the next academic year, 2025/2026, until the academic year 2029/2030.
