PhD in Educational Sciences, Health Education, from the University of Lisbon (Faculty of Human Motricity). Since 2023, she has been a Guest Assistant Professor at FCH-UCP and an integrated researcher at the Católica Research Center for Psychological, Family and Social Wellbeing (CRC-W). She is a collaborating researcher at ISAMB, at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon. Participated in different teacher training projects, promoting socio-emotional skills and healthy behaviors in children and adolescents. He is part of the Portuguese and International team at HBSC (Health Behavior in School Aged Children). His main areas of research are contexts (family, school and peer group) and risk and health behaviors of children and adolescents. She is the author of several national and international publications in this area

Specialist in Psychotherapies, Clinical and Health Psychology and Educational Psychology. Master's degree in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies. She also works as a Psychologist in a private context.
