Preparing for your thesis defense? Not sure what to do? This month’s InterCECCtions will be about how to effectively prepare for a thesis or dissertation defense. We will hear from a student who recently defended her thesis about how she prepared. We will also invite faculty members from Communication and Culture Studies to share their insight and offer advice based on years of sitting on defense committees.
This meeting of InterCECCtions will be held on November 23 at 17:00 in room 323. We hope to see you there!
As a reminder, InterCECCtions is a monthly research roundtable for the CECC community, particularly graduate students and junior researchers. These meetings aim to provide an informal space for graduate students and CECC researchers to share ongoing research projects and challenges, get feedback and exchange ideas, and find opportunities for collaboration.
