BA holders

This access regime is intended for applicants with a secondary or higher education degree, whether Portuguese or foreign, who have attended Higher Education.

1st Phase

2nd Phase

  • Applications: April 1 to May 15
  • Results: May 20
  • Registration: May 21 to 28
  • Applications: May 21 to July 3
  • Results: July 8
  • Registration: July 9 to 15


Should there be any vacancies left after the second phase of admissions, the Faculty of Human Sciences may make these vacancies available for a third phase. These applications may either be assessed in order of submission, until vacancies are filled, or they may be ranked within a schedule to be set by the Faculty.


The request for admission can be made in person at UCP’s  Secretaria Escolar (Administrative Office) or sent by email (max. 10MB) to secretariaescolar@lisboa.ucp.pt and fchcomunicacao@fch.lisboa.ucp.pt within the set deadlines.

 

Required Documentation
  • Portuguese ID card;
  • Application addressed to the Director of the Faculty of Human Sciences, requesting admission to the degree and explaining why you would like to undertake the degree;
  • Qualifications certificate (if admitted, you must submit an original or certified photocopy during enrolment).


Note: Original documentation must be duly certified by the Portuguese consular services or embassies based in the country in which the qualification was obtained, or by the consular services or embassies of these foreign countries in Portugal, or bear the Hague Apostille, in the case of countries which joined the Hague Convention. Where the application is submitted by e-mail, any documents bearing the Apostille will have to be submitted during enrolment.

 

The subjects to which equivalence is granted will receive the ECTS credits provided for in the curricular plan of the Faculty of Human Sciences of Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
