Researcher at Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics since 2013, where she also teaches in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior areas. Tatiana has a Degree in Psychology and a Master in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISCTE-IUL and a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management and Social Benefits from ISEG-UL. She is pursuing a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources at ISCTE-IUL with some work developed at the University of Waterloo (Canada). Tatiana has worked in Human Resources departments in the transportation and legal sectors. Her research interests include managing age diversity in organizations, with a particular focus on workforce aging, work motivation and perceptions of (in)justice in the workplace, and its consequences for workers and organizations.
