She holds a PhD in Communication Sciences from the Portuguese Catholic University (2024) and has been a Visiting Lecturer at the Faculty of Human Sciences of the Portuguese Catholic University since 2025. She is also a researcher at the CECC – Research Centre for Communication and Culture (FCH-UCP). Her research adopts a strategic and interdisciplinary approach at the intersection of organizational communication, human resource management, and organizational behavior, focusing on the symbolic, communicational, and managerial processes that shape the relationship between individuals and organizations in contexts of organizational and work transformation. In parallel with her academic and research career, she has developed a consolidated professional trajectory in Human Resource Management and currently holds the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Generali Seguros.
