Ana Paula Giordano is a research fellow at Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics and has a Master in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology (Coimbra University and Barcelona University), and now is finishing her PhD in Organizational Behavior (ISCTE-IUL). Her research focuses on Organizational Behavior: psychological ownership, teams and team effectiveness.
