The Lisbon Summer School for the Study of Culture is back between June 28th and July 3rd to discuss the topic "Convivial Cultures". This 11th edition will be the final public activity of the 4Cs: From Conflict to Conviviality through Creativity and Culture, a project co-funded by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union.

António Sousa Ribeiro, Ariella Aïsha Azoulay, Djamila Ribeiro, Filipa Vicente, Kathy-Ann Tan, Luísa Santos, Nav Haq, Otobong Nkanga, e Vyjayanthi Venuturupalli Rao are the keynote speakers for this year's edition.

Every year, Lisbon Summer School promotes the articulation between the artistic and the academic worlds, bringing together professors, curators, artists, and young researchers for a week of lectures, presentations, debates, and artistic activities that aim to provoke reflection on contemporary culture and art.

The Lisbon Summer School for the Study of Culture is an annual initiative of the Lisbon Consortium, an international Master's and PhD program in Culture Studies, considered the third best Master's degree in the world in the Cultural Management and Creative Industries Management category by Eduniversal's ranking.
