Prof. Yun GE (Rochelle) obtained her Ph.D. in Sociology (specialized in Education) from National University of Singapore. She was a visiting fellow in Yenching Institute, Harvard University (2013-2014). She works from a cross-disciplinary angle, integrating sociological perspectives into the teaching and research of education. Based in Macau, her current research interests include but not limited to educational migration, human capital formation and social development in Asia. Her work can be found in Asia Pacific Education Review, Asia Pacific Journal of Education, International Journal of Chinese Education and Journal of Population Research.
