Luisa K. Pilz, PhD, is currently a postdoc at the Graduate Program in Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences - Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS - Brazil). Her research focuses on how electricity may have changed sleep and circadian organization in humans. Additional research includes potential associations between a well-functioning circadian system, sleep and mental health. She also firmly believes and engages in science communication/education projects.
