Bio

PhD in Management (specializing in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior) from ISCTE, she has been a Visiting Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Human Sciences of the Portuguese Catholic University since October 2025. She is also currently an Assistant Professor at Universidade Europeia and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Nova School of Business and Economics. Between 2021 and 2023, she was a researcher at ICPOL - the research center and R&D unit of the Public Security Police (PSP) in Portugal. She is currently a researcher at CETRAD. Her main areas of research focus on sustainability, social responsibility, and leadership, and she is the author of some publications in these areas.
