Graduate in Social Work, postgraduate in Social Programme and Project Evaluation, and Master's in Social Work in the area of Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the Social Economy from the Portuguese Catholic University.
Professional experience in public policy and collaboration on projects related to longevity and ageing, as a Public Policy Consultant at Paulo Pedroso Consultoria (2023–2025) and, previously, as a Specialist Organisation and Management Technician at Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa, in the Public Policies on Longevity Project (2020–2023) and the Radar Project (2019–2020).
Researcher at the do CRC-W – Católica Research Centre for Psychological, Family and Social Wellbeing. Her main areas of research include ageing, longevity, retirement and public policy. Co-author of several publications on retirement preparation and planning and the role of social work, public policy and longevity, families and care and support structures, and emerging responses in crisis contexts (COVID-19 pandemic).
