On Thursday, February 26, at 9:30 a.m., the conference ‘Multidimensional Well-being in Organisations: What the Traffic Light Reveals’ will take place as part of the Social Sciences cientific area. The event is organised in collaboration with GRACE and ACEGE.

The Traffic Light is a social diagnostic tool that allows for a multidimensional reading of well-being, supporting organisations in understanding the living conditions of the people who work there and their families.

This meeting aims to present the Traffic Light methodology and the main results of the Report, promoting a qualified reflection on the role of organisations as ecosystems of life and well-being.

Participation in the event is free, but registration is required here.
