The Advanced Training Program in Service Design - Transformation and Innovation aims to develop the ability to apply participative tools to activate the discovery and resolution of problems associated with services, to innovate and generate new value propositions. In a practical and empirical way, the advanced training shows how services are created, developed and operated, based on people's needs.
Starting on October 18, the advanced training is intended for product and/or service managers, business consultants, innovation or design professionals.
