The aims of this curricular unit are: To discuss the study of organizational communication, the behavioural foundations, strategic and operational objectives for internal communication; To reflect on the role, function, style and place of internal communication, its main instruments and the role of new technologies as a new instrument available for communication in organizations; To provide greater consistency and consolidate the guiding principles of a Public Relations & Communications Office and its close relationship with the each organization's directors for promoting and establishing a rigorous program of social development and Corporate Culture.
