Objectives:
  • Understand the importance of communication activities and media relations;
  • Know the determining factors for effective communication with the media, in the context of the contemporary media landscape;
  • Understand the role of public opinion and opinion leaders;
  • Master techniques and tools to communicate with the media in different contexts;
  • Understand the importance of the relationship with the media in crisis management.
