This module follows a theoretical-practical approach and its main learning outcomes are:

• to recognize and produce different types of academic genres (e.g. review, opinion article, abstracts, academic essay, report, etc.) ;
• to improve skills of writing and interpretation in academic work, avoiding plagiarism;
• to read and write complex texts, analysing and inferring the author’s point of view.
• to organize and to structure arguments in order to communicate complex ideas in clear and effective way;
• to demonstrate critical thinking and reading skills by writing expositions and argumentative texts.
