UCP was a partner in this international Erasmus+ project coordinated by Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa.

It aimed to promote the cooperation for innovation and exchange of good practices between four countries (Portugal, Denmark, Czech Republic and France) in order to support young people with low educational qualifications, aged between 18 and 30 years old, in situations of professional vulnerability, including migrants and refugees.
