The School of Human Sciences at Universidade Católica Portuguesa welcomed a group of 13 students from the University of Oregon’s School of Journalism and Communication as part of an annual program coordinated by its Global Education Office (GEO). Led by Professor Ed Madison, the program culminated in the production of a digital magazine exploring Lisbon’s artistic and cultural diversity.
Over approximately ten days, from late August to early September, the students conducted fieldwork and interviewed individuals and organisations, exploring different forms of cultural expression in the Portuguese capital and other regions of the country.
The visual and audio content produced by the students features in the digital publication, showcasing the work developed during this international study program in Communication.
