UCP2 BE at the Faculty of Human Sciences

Tuesday, October 7, 2025 - 10:45

From October 15 to December 12, on Wednesdays from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., the Faculty of Human Sciences will host a new edition of UCP2 BE, an extracurricular activity specially designed for first-year undergraduate students.

The program’s main goal is to promote the development of socio-emotional skills, which are essential for a healthy adaptation to university life.

It aims to foster self-awareness, help students manage their emotions, build positive relationships, and make responsible decisions — all fundamental to their well-being.

More than a series of sessions, UCP2 BE offers a space for sharing and self-discovery, where each participant is invited to look at themselves and others with greater empathy and awareness.

With 30 spots available, this initiative is an opportunity to begin the university journey with balance, confidence, and purpose.
