Theories and Models of Pedagogic Supervision

The main goals for the unit, perceived as competences to be acquired by students during the course: Internalizing and applying pertinent theoretical knowledge related to supervision practices and pedagogical and curricular coordination and management. Developing competences in supervision and the reflexive analysis of teaching performance in its relationship with curriculum development and didactics in a variety of educational contexts. Acquiring and developing competences of design, supervision and management of curriculum projects at different levels (school, cycle, class, group, others). Developing competences of leadership and supervision as well as situated teaching strategies responding to different learner situations.
