Objectives:
  • Understand the role and influence of social media in digital marketing and the formation of online communities;
  • Comprehend the fundamentals of social media marketing: content marketing, influencer marketing, and online community management;
  • Develop effective social media community management strategies capable of generating engagement on major social media platforms;
  • Know and interpret metrics and data to optimize the performance of social media campaigns;
  • Apply practical knowledge in the creation, implementation, and management of social media campaigns for brands or personal projects.

Skills:
  • Knowledge of the contemporary social media ecosystem and the specificities of each platform;
  • Strategic thinking skills applied to social media marketing;
  • Ability to create original and relevant content, adapted to different audiences and objectives;
