To introduce a set of theories, concepts and case studies aiming at analyzing the relationship between the phenomena of communication, group dynamics and leadership. Understanding the group processes of leadership, from the perspectives both of member and of a leader of the group; understanding the phenomenon of leadership in its relevance to the social and professional life, as well as to develop the ability to identify types of leadership best suited to each context, and the ability to work better in group and to perform under pressure.
