Audiovisual Translation

6 ECTS / Semester / Portuguese
  • To discuss theoretical and practical aspects of audiovisual translation’s most relevant modes – subtitling, voice-over, dubbing, and accessibility;
  • To make the students familiar with the main concepts of the AVT industry and provide them with autonomy to translate and revise using professional methods, including subtitling softwares.
