On Tuesday, November 25, the Faculty of Human Sciences, in partnership with ACEGE, is promoting the event ‘Caring for People, Transforming Organisations,’ dedicated to reflecting on the role of companies in promoting well-being, dignity at work, and social inclusion. The event will take place between 9:30 am and 12:00 pm in the Exhibition Room.
Based on the preliminary results of the Semáforo 360º Study, developed in various organisational contexts, the meeting brings together partner companies, practical testimonials and an open forum to discuss challenges, opportunities and paths for transformation.
The initiative is part of a joint commitment to strengthen an organisational culture focused on people, care and social responsibility.
