At the end of this course, students should be able to: - Develop scientific and professional research skills, - Analyse empirical materials of an educational nature, - Characterize the management of schools, their links with local tiers and autonomy challenges, - Understand the school as a complex organization, - Understand the dynamics of the educational project that places students at the centre of the learning processes - Develop skills for pursuing student educational achievements, the publication and interpretation of evaluation indexes, - Be able to develop tools for school management, - Learn how to mobilize skills to play leadership roles in middle schools, - Develop skills to implement innovative educational practices, - Identify the types and dynamics of teacher participation in schools, - Develop supervisory skills that enable the understanding, analysis and evaluation of teaching practices.
