Reputation Management Workshop

3 ECTS / Semester / Portuguese
Objectives:
1. Understand the concept of reputation and its connection to other concepts such as identity, image and organizational values.
2. Know and analyze the current trends in reputation management in organizations
3. Design an organizational reputation management plan.

Skills:
1. Develop reflective skills in decision-making about different moments of organizational reputation management.
2. Develop strategic thinking skills to respond to organizational reputation management challenges.
3. Know how to support the decisions adopted in the preparation of an organizational reputation management plan.

Compatibility with the Teaching Method:
The teaching is theoretical-practical and supports developing an organization's reputation management plan. Preparing the plan includes collecting primary and secondary data and preparing a multi-stakeholder plan.
