On February 13, starting at 9.30 am, will be the 3rd edition of the Seminar “Emotions, Health and Wellbeing”, an initiative of the students of the PhD in Psychology: Emotions and Wellbeing. This is a peer-to-peer event for students, researchers and health professionals.
This edition delves into three impactful themes:
- Emotion and well-being: explores the psychological, cultural, and social aspects of emotion, highlighting evidence-based approaches to enhance individual and collective mental health;
- AI and human connection: these discussions focus on using AI mindfully to foster connection, improve accessibility, and enhance productivity without compromising well-being;
- Neurodiversity and resilience: this theme explores neurodivergent perspectives and couples interventions on emotional regulation and resilience, emphasizing inclusive, strength-based approaches to thriving in complex environments.
At this event, which will be attended by experts in the field of psychology, ideas for promoting emotional health, psychological wellbeing and the transformation of society will be discussed. The program includes lectures, round tables and workshops, as well as a poster session. You can see the full program here.
