From March 7 to 9, five students from the Master's in Psychology of Well-being and Health Promotion participated in the “Resilience and Well-being Program,” an academic exchange event promoted by the Military Academy.
The event aimed to foster reflection and debate on key topics related to the well-being of higher education students, namely the influence of social media, addictive behaviors, interpersonal relationships, and psychological crisis intervention.
It was an enriching experience of collaboration and knowledge sharing between students from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Egas Moniz School of Health and Science, and cadets from the Academia Militar which contributed to the personal and academic development of all participants.
