On June 11, the Faculty of Human Sciences of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa signed a cooperation protocol with the Portuguese Society of Sport Psychology (SPPD).
The collaboration will promote joint research, academic initiatives and the promotion of specialized training in the area of sport and performance psychology. The agreement also includes special conditions for SPPD members applying to the postgraduate programme in Motor, Sport and Exercise Performance Psychology, and encourages the active involvement of SPPD experts in events, seminars and other academic activities.
The Portuguese Society of Sport Psychology is a national reference in the development of scientific and professional practices related to human performance and well-being. Through training, research and knowledge-sharing, the SPPD has contributed to the growth of sport psychology in Portugal and continues to support professionals committed to the mental and emotional dimensions of performance.
