Joana Gentil Martins, alumna of the Undergraduate degree in Psychology at the Faculty of Human Sciences, has been featured in the 2025 edition of Forbes Portugal’s prestigious “30 Under 30” list, in the Healthcare category.
A psychologist, author, certified trainer, and entrepreneur, Joana is committed to making psychology more accessible, practical, and transformative. Through her own projects, she has contributed to bringing mental health closer to people, promoting a preventive, down-to-earth approach focused on emotional well-being.
The “30 Under 30” celebration event took place in Cascais, gathering young Portuguese talents who are making a difference across a wide range of fields.
