Raquel Gomes, who has a PhD in Communication Studies, was one of the winners of the Internal Communication Observatory Awards in the category of Best Academic Work at FCH-UCP, with her PhD dissertation in “The Strategic Role of Internal Communication in the Culture of Organizations with Remote Working Practices - A Study Focused on the Perceptions of Employees of the Ageas Portugal Group”.

The ceremony for the 13th edition of the Internal Communication Observatory (OCI) Awards took place on September 12, and was attended by various entities, including Mariana Carreira, Member of the Board of Directors of Make-A-Wish Portugal, who chaired the Jury, along with 11 other judges: ATREVIA and Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Members of the OCI Founding Board), Banco Santander, BP, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, EDP, Fidelidade, Grupo Nabeiro, Lidl, Jerónimo Martins, José de Mello, Perfumes & Companhia and Novartis (Members of the OCI Advisory Board).
