The aims of the curricular unit are:
- To give students a strategic vision on the study of internal communication in organizations, their foundations, goals, formalities, dimensions and moments;
- To be able to reflect on the role, functioning, style and place of internal communication, its main instruments and what role new technologies can provide as a new knowledge-generating tool available to organizational communication;
- To provide and consolidate greater consistency with the guiding principles of strategic internal communication and its close relationship with the management and people management of each organization, in order to promote and establish a rigorous program of social development and corporate culture.
