The study objectives of this program are: Grasp the importance of understanding the organization of health care systems to their intervention as future health professionals; Understand the scope of research and the application of behavioural epidemiology and acquire skills for participating in health promotion and prevention of risk behaviours projects; Understand the structure, organization and functions of sleep, develop a good grasp of theoretical models and current research on the topic, and develop skills and tools for psychological intervention in education and the treatment of sleep and its disorders; Acquire and apply the theoretical models involved in reproductive decisions to the global health context of young adults and as an important factor for the fulfilment of planned parenthood and, therefore, developing intervention projects and research proposals within the context of reproductive health.
