PhD in Philosophy, specifically in Contemporary Philosophy, with a thesis on Hannah Arendt (Lisbon University, 2011). Since that year, she has been an assistant guest professor at the Faculty of Human Sciences of the Portuguese Catholic University (FCH-UCP), where she has taught several curricular units of the B.A. in Philosophy and a curricular unit on the M.A. in Philosophy. She has been a researcher at the Center of Philosophy, at the Lisbon University since 2007 in the "Philosophy of Action and Values" line of research, which is included in the group entitled "Ethics, Political Philosophy and Environmental Philosophy". She has published two books and several articles whose subjects are included in these three areas. She has also served a member of the Scientific Society of the Portuguese Catholic University since 2015. She has taught philosophy at secondary schools since 1998.
