The primary aim of this Lab is to contribute to the development of healthier, sustainable, inclusive, and adaptable work, educational, and living environments in response to social changes. This goal is achieved by conducting applied research in specific work, educational, and social intervention contexts. The Lab serves as a hub to design and test training and empowerment programs aimed at promoting resilience and adaptation to changes, and to develop and launch outreach and advocacy activities to raise awareness about social issues, all in all driving political change. Research topics include workplace well-being, career development, leadership and followership, pro-environmental and sustainable behavior, poverty and social solidarity, welfare, justice, and the inclusion of minorities.
