Provide strategic communication and crisis communication skills, applicable in organizations and public policies and specifically:
- Problematize for the study of strategic communication, developing a critical-reflexive spirit on the influence that communication has today in the relationship between different stakeholders;
- Reflect on the role of strategic communication in identity, culture, image, reputation, social responsibility and sustainable development in organizations;
- Integrate Social Responsibility and Sustainability practices as a relevant vector for Strategic Communication;
- Develop skills for better strategic understanding in the resolution of crises that affect organizations and society;
- Understand the link between Risk Communication, Crisis Communication and public policies, in a climate crisis situation;
- Be able to present integrated solutions for the resolution of organizational and societal problems arising from crises.
