This curricular unit, as it occurs in a particular moment of the students path in this particular BA, is beneficial as an introduction to culture and leadership in organizations, reason why at the end of it students should have gained an additional “maturity” in order to better enter the labour market, in particular the NPO’s, no matter what shall be their jobs. Hence the syllabus will help the student to think the organization adequately and to think himself or herself too as an organization member, as well as to understand culture and leadership as a mosaic of personal practices in which thinking and doing, deciding and implementing, are intertwined.
