Associate Professor at the Faculty of Human Sciences (FCH) of Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP). She coordinates the Careers Office at FCH-UCP and the Master's in Psychology in Business and Economics. She was also Coordinator of the Degree in Psychology at FCH-UCP. She has been teaching in the university context since 2010 in different areas of Psychology. She has professional experience in evaluation and intervention throughout the life cycle, being enrolled in the Order of Portuguese Psychologists (OPP). Researcher at the Catholic Research Centre for Psychological, Family and Social Wellbeing (CRC-W), she has coordinated and participated in international projects related to well-being and the construction of life projects, namely in the transition from higher education to the labour market, telework and transition to retirement. She is the author of assessment tools and intervention programs in the career area. She has a degree and a PhD in Psychology (with specialization in Vocational Psychology).
