Cristina Camilo has a PhD in Psychology from ISCTE-IUL. She developed part of her PhD work at the Catholic University of Louvain, in Belgium, on emotional regulation in health risk communication. She has a Post-Grad on Self-Leadership and Group Management from University of Barcelona. She is an associate researcher at CIS-IUL and the Executive Manager of Iscte-Health. Her work focuses on the relationship between emotions and health risk perception and the association between social relationships and well-being. She has published in several scientific journals such as Applied Psychology and Frontiers in Psychology.
