CECC researcher Marília dos Santos Lopes will take part in the 17th Symposium on Maritime History, this year dedicated to the topic of Magalhães and Elcano: From the Twilight of an Expedition to the Genesis of a Global World. Her presentation will focus on Magalhães and Elcano’s expedition and consumer society in the 16th century.

The session will take place on 23 November at 11.40 am, at the auditorium of Academia da Marinha in Lisbon.
