Ana Rita Farias is a Post-doctoral Fellows at the Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. She has a PhD in Social Psychology from ISCTE-IUL, Portugal and Utrecht University, the Netherlands. She has held research positions at Wisconsin University (USA) and the William James Center for Research (ISPA – Portugal). Her research focuses on Social Cognition, specifically on exploring how information is spread and processed across the different sensory modalities, and how multisensory integration takes place and interferes with human behavior and decision-making. She is currently exploring the link between different inputs and specific actions activation, specifically exploring human-computer interactions for promoting behavioral insight research and policy interventions.
